When Will I Receive My Frame? 

All frames ship from our central fulfillment center in Haverhill, Massachusetts. By default frames are shipped via UPS Ground service. Orders received Monday - Friday by 2pm EST will typically leave our facility on the same day the order was placed. Orders received outside of these times will ship the following business day. 

Our fulfillment center is closed on the following holidays. Depending on which day of the week the holiday falls, sometimes a different observed holiday date is substituted as a day off for our staff to enjoy the holiday.  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
