Method 1: Using the Samsung SmartThings App 

This tutorial video will guide you through the process of adding custom art and demonstrate how to use the Samsung SmartThings App to handle everything easily from your phone. 

Method 2: USB Thumb Drive

If you are having trouble with the Samsung SmartThings App or would prefer not to use it, you have the option of simply plugging a USB thumb drive into the USB port on the side of the One Connect Box. 

To add personal photos, on a computer you can drag and drop files to a USB thumb drive and plug into the port.

If these two approaches work don't work for you, you can contact Samsung's Customer Care team to see if they can assist you with adding art to the television. You can reach Samsung Tech Support via Chat or call 800-SAMSUNG. 

Resizing Your Art to The Correct Size for Samsung Frame TV

For the best results, ensure your artwork is resized to the exact pixel dimensions of 3840 x 2160.
